Murad Reviews

I need to read more murad reviews, I have seen really bad reviews about the product, but then other reviews seem life changing. My acne is moderate.. I have more blackheads than anything. What's your opinion? Thanks!

The concept behind the Murad Acne Complex is good - it contains Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid, and Retinol, which are all good ingredients to use to help acne. however the product has been mess up by adding a bunch of stuff that may hurts your skin, and also neglecting to put sunscreen in the protecting product. Also it doesn't list the percentage of Retinol or Glycolic Acid in the products, so you don't know how potent they are, nor does the product mentions if the Salicylic Acid is at the proper pH level.
There are a few rave reviews about it, but there are people saying how horrible it was for their skin! Part of it could be that it will take a few weeks for your skin to get used to using Retinol, Glycolic Acid, and Salicylic Acid if you've never used them before and have sensitive skin, but the bad ingredients, and the fact that no sunscreen is included obviously contribute to the bad reviews.

I am also using Murad and have been for 3 months...I suffer from cystic acne which does flare up before my menstral cycle..but I did see results after 6 weeks...I would keep using it..
But to answer your question it depends on how bad the acne is...as mentioned in one of your other answers..acne below the skins surface has to come to out as well...so it could take up to 6 weeks or longer...
    Good Luck!
They do also offer a vitamin through Murad that will help from the inside to fight acne..

I LOVE murad reviews. It took me maybe 2 days to notice a difference and I think about a week to see all my pimples had disappeared. 2 weeks to see my blemishes start to fade. The small pimple spot cream gets rid of a pimple in one effin' day. I am so happy!

I used to have bad acne....for years over the past few months i've been washing with a soap called cidal soap once in the morning and once at night and its cleared mine up great. I Too paid out lot sof money for all the brand names and acne treatments n sought my treatment in a bar of 99p soap!!

It works to a certain extent. But you have to use it consistently for months to really see any difference. And it is very harsh on the skin.

It does work amazingly. I personally haven't used it but I manage a beauty supply and we carry it. The women go crazy for it and say it works wonders. It doesn't eliminate stretch marks completely of course but does an amazing job. Plus most places that carry Murad will take it back if you don't like it or it doesn't work the way you wanted it. Just make sure to ask them about their policies and shop around. At the least if you don't like it (which I'm not betting on) you can exchange it for another item. Good luck

After extremely high doses of birth control to regulate my hormones after a miscarriage, my skin was worse than it was when I was a teenager! I get monthly Murad facials, but have always used the orange line. My Esthetician recommended I try the blue line until I get my skin under control, I figured it was worth a shot!
After the first use my skin felt SO much cleaner! I've been using this product for about a week now and my skin has nearly done a complete 180!!
My Esthetician is so proud! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I received a sample of this serum at sephora with a purchase. I wish I had tried Murad sooner. I'm 57 and my skin issues are a little sagging, some age spots, large pores and some oilyness. This has been addressing all my issues some sooner than others, but I'm only a little over 2 weeks in using it. Pleasantly surprised as I never used Murad before, I now am looking to incorporate more of their products into my routine.

It doesn't work. I was using proactive which worked for while and I decided to change to Murad Reviews. My skin is not dry as used to be with proactive but it doesn't clean the breakouts

First, I would like to say that I like Murad reviews products because they usually do what they claim. The same can't be said for this group of products. I haven't noticed a difference, not even a slight one. The products had no effect, good or bad and the night cream is very greasy. I expected the products to hydrate my skin by adding moisture, not grease. I will not order this set again.

I don't normally write murad reviews, but I felt I should for this. I had very mild acne, I did accutane early this year and simply wanted a system to keep my skin clean and healthy. Even before accutane, I NEVER broke out as bad as I did with using Murad. I got huge clusters of acne, both cystic and whiteheads, all around my mouth and random clusters on my forehead, on my nose and cheeks. I used it for about two weeks, then it became too painful. The exfoliating gel burned, almost like putting hand sanitizer on a cut. After I broke out horribly, I tried a new system and now my skin is perfectly clear. I do not recommend this to anyone, it didn't do anything but make me break out worse than I had ever before. Everyone's skin is different, I know, but all in all, this just didn't work for me, very disappointing.

    Does Murad Work?

Murad Acne Complex is a revolutionary new skin care system that incorporates a new approach to acne prevention. There are many other products similar to Murad's three step acne care system, but it differs in one important way. Murad Acne Complex does not use benzoyl peroxide. While this component of acne medications is effective in treating acne, it can also be very irritating to the skin. People with sensitive skin can experience flaking and very dry skin when using benzoyl peroxide. Murad Acne Complex offers a simple and effective three step process that offers an alternative to this harsh chemical.
